2025 Rebecca Caudill Paper Registration Form
There is an annual fee of $10.00 to cover the administrative costs of website and postage. An additional $1 will be added to PayPal payments to cover the PayPal transaction fees. All materials and documents needed by participating members will be in a registered members-only section of this website.
Deadline for online registration: February 28th
Deadline for printed registration: Must arrive in our mailbox by February 15th.
Voting takes place every year from February 1st-February 28th. You must be registered in order to vote.
The 2024 award year runs from March 15, 2024 to March 14, 2025.
To register for the Monarch, Bluestem, and Abraham Lincoln awards, please visit the AISLE website, and choose Book Awards from the menu.
Reader's Choice Grant
The Association of Illinois School Library Educators/Library Book Selection Service Endowment Fund is a yearly grant that awards libraries with a complete set of titles in on appropriate level.
For the 2025 award year, you must register for the Rebecca Caudill Young Readers' Book Award between March 16-April 30, 2024. Grant recipients will be awarded one set of the 2025 books for the award program indicated on their application.
The grant application form, guidelines, checklist, rubric, and FAQ’s are available at the LBSS Endowment Fund website.
When your printed registration form is received (via mail):
Returning members' ID and password will remain unchanged and the account will be reactivated.
Please realize if you mail in a form, it may take 3-4 weeks to receive your credentials as all work is done by board members who donate their time.

Registration for RCYRBA is separate from the AISLE (Monarch, Bluestem, and Lincoln) awards. The Caudill Award is affiliated with two supporting organizations (AISLE & IRC) and is financially independent of those organizations. RCYRBA is a registered non-profit organization. All board members work on a volunteer basis.
